I have a voucher code. What now?
Is your voucher code rejected?
Please check the following parameters:
- Promotional vouchers are often only valid for a specific period of time and/or specific experiences.
- Is your voucher still valid (see below)
- Did you enter the code correctly? Make sure you use capital letters and the shift key.
If the voucher code is incorrectly rejected, please call us or send us an email
Please note the following for all vouchers and voucher codes:
- Only ONE voucher code can be redeemed per experience
- Cash payment is not possible!
